Earning your Pearls of Sharing is one of the highest honors you can be awarded as a new consultant, and I encourage you to take advantage of this incredibly special opportunity. In order to receive your pearls, hold 6 practice/training interviews with your Director, either in person or by a 3-way telephone call.
Complete 3 practice/training interviews with your Director and earn the ‘Pearls of Sharing’ earrings.
Complete 3 more practice/training interviews with your Director and earn the bracelet.
Complete the 6 interviews with your Director and add one new active team member and earn the necklace!
What is a Career Survey or Career Chat?
A Career Survey (also referred to as a Sharing Call) is an excellent training opportunity for you to learn more about Mary Kay while building your team! It is a 3-way Conference Call that lasts about 15-20 minutes and is between your Sales Director, you, and your guest. The phone number is (641) 715-0700 then enter access code 269701#.

“Hi _______! I have a favor to ask of you! I am a brand new Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay and my Sales Director challenged me to do 5 Sharing Calls this week as part of my training! All you have to do is dial into a number and hear her MK story and some fun facts about Mary Kay! It takes about 15 minutes and I would love to give you a half price product for doing that!
