Our Story
My name is Kimberly, and I'm your team leader!
I am a daughter of THE KING! I am also James' wife, and Hadley & Corbin's mom.

I opened the doors of my Mary Kay Business in March 2006. When Mary Kay found me, I was a 19 year old college student with three jobs and very little free time. My heart was stirred when I heard at my skin care party that Mary Kay's core value is God first, Family second, and Career third. I knew immediately that I wanted to work for a company that put God first, and since I loved the products, I figured, why not? So that night, I earned my filled roll-up bag for FREE as a hostess, and at the end of my party, my recruiter, Chastina, asked me if MK was something I would ever consider for myself. I said not really, but why not give it a shot, and signed my agreement that night!
It's been one of the best choices I've ever made! Mary Kay has been such a gift to me in so many ways! It has allowed me to be home with my kids, a great income on part-time hours, the best girlfriends you could have, helped me become a confident woman, and so much more!

Linda Toupin
National Sales Director Emeriti
Linda Toupin is our NSD Emeriti (that just means she was our mentor and then she retired). Linda grew up on a dairy farm in a southeastern-Kentucky town called London.
Linda has 2 children – Neil, a medical student at UK, is married to Hana, and they have two beautiful daughters, Wren & Lilou. Katie is a singer and songwriter. Linda joined Mary Kay in 1982 while teaching in the public school system as the Home Economics Instructor for grades 6-12 in a small rural school. She debuted as a Sales Director in 1983 and left her teaching position in 1986 when Neil was born. Working as a full-time director and work-from-home mom, she quickly moved her unit to Cadillac status.

Linda has over 50 Offspring Sales Directors and over 5000 consultants entrusted to her leadership. She has driven free Mary Kay cars for 33 years and is currently driving a Pink Cadillac XLR Roadster Convertible with every option that Cadillac offers. Her personal unit of 500 consultants have retailed over $24 million dollars in the last 20 years.
Linda’s career has brought her a house full of gifts and prizes, including over 30 karats in diamonds and 20 World Class 5-Star trips to exotic places around the world.

Linda has received many honors throughout her career. Some of the highest include: being selected as Miss Go Give for the Diamond Seminar in 1997 (an award voted on by her peers); being selected to train in Europe at the International Summit of National Sales Directors from around the world in 2004; being selected to represent the USA at the Kazakhstan Seminar in 2008, as well as China and Australia in 2009. She trained all the European NSDs in Poland in 2011; hosted the Spain Seminar in September 2011 and lead her National Area to the prestigious Inner Circle 2 times.

The last question that Linda asked Mary Kay Ash before her passing was, “How can I ever thank you for helping me find the gifts that were inside of me?” Mary Kay’s response, “Pass it on.”

Mary Kay Area
Being in the Mary Kay Ash National Area is a special gift; it means that we had a National Sales Director until 2020 when Linda reached the age of 65 and like all NSDs – she retired. Now we are in the company's Go-Give Area (for all Units who don’t have a National Sales Director currently). And it’s an honor to be a part of this big group!

Mary Kay requires all Nationals retire at the age of 65 and then they receive a huge paycheck from age 65-80 for their service with Mary Kay. So, if you’d like to be paid from age 65-80 while enjoying life, definitely become a National Sales Director. It’s basically the best retirement ever!

How does one become a National Sales Director?
It’s quite simple. A National Sales Director is someone who has helped 20 women earn the prestigious position of Sales Director. So anyone that feels called to lead leaders would make an excellent National Sales Director. There are more details available on Mary Kay Intouch under Resources, Publications and Advance Online.

What rocks about The Mary Kay Area is that MK Corp has taken care of you even though you don’t have a National Sales Director. The Mary Kay Area is AWESOME because you get to learn from TONS of Nationals at Seminar Events and via conference calls. And you get EPIC prizes from Mary Kay at Seminar. And they throw a MASSIVE awards ceremony at Seminar for everyone in Go Give. It’s HUGE and so glamourous. So being part of Go Give is a gift!

And the even better news is that it’s totally my focus and goal to become a National Sales Director. So in the future, you’ll have me as your NSD and all of the enormous benefits that will bring your business!
